Very disappointed in the service from Dr. Dickerman. Procedure and possible outcome was not explained very well. Only met Dickerman in the OR and the first round of facet shots did nothing. They rescheduled a 2nd round of same and result was not much better, so they sent me to their chiropractor who, by the way, is wonderful. The Dr. himself leaves much to be desired - you are just a number to him and his office staff. Wonderful experience with Dr Dickerman. Seems to know what he’s doing and my back is doing very well now. Would highly recommend him and have.

Waste of time and money!! A friend recommended Dr. Dickerman. I went to him as a third opinion for cervical spine surgery. He spent less than five minutes with me. Didn't examine me. Didn't listen or ask me any questions. Barely skimmed my MRI report and who knows if he even reviewed my MRI, as we didn't go over any of it while he was in the exam room so briefly! Everyone was great from the staff to Dr. Dickerman.
Dr. Dickerman makes you feel at ease. He is very thorough, explains to you in detail and answers your questions. PA Amy is very nice in going over questions and some specifics . All of the staff are very courteous, helpful and friendly.
I felt very comfortable and like I was important at each of my appointments with Dr. Dickerman and his staff. I have full confidence that I am at the right place and will be taken care of.
