Dr Rivera is wonderful. Just great, but his office is sadly inadequate. They never answer the phone, faxes from pharmacies, or others. I love the doctor, but I can't tell you how disappointed I am with the office staff.
Dr. Rivera is the absolute BEST Dr. that I've ever had! (And I've had quite a few!) Dr. Rivera will take HOWEVER much time is needed to make sure you get the care you need. The difference is his expertise AND his faith. Making sure that you are healthy is truly Dr. Rivera's "Calling"! PLUS: His staff is second to none!
I have been trying to go this office since early this morning. You can never get anyone to answer. My husband is having a problem and he can't get in touch with his doctor. If anything happens to my husband I will hold you responsible. This is unacceptable. I would give you any stars but they don't allow it.
I have been seeing Dr. Rivera for 19 years. He is one of the most caring doctors about his patients that I have ever known. If there was more than five stars on the review I would add more stars
