Dr.Parsons and his staff are fantastic. Always very quick to get appointment, very courteous, professional and knowledgable. Once there was a computer glitch and when we showed up for our appt. we weren't listed. Guess what, they got us in to see him right then. I've taken my kids to him for 3 different injuries and he always tells me that if the treatment works, to just cancel my follow up appt. most doctors would not do that. It is greatly appreciated. We drive 1.5 hours each way to see him.
Dr Parsons has a good bedside manner and a calm reassuring demeanor.. My meniscus surgery went exactly as planned and I am up and walking nearly back to normal a week and a half later. Thank you TOC Surgery Center staff and Dr. Parsons for a great experience.
Dr. Parsons is a very skilled doctor. He has done several joint replacements on me and each one was successful. He is a very kind man and you never feel rushed when he talks to you. I certainly would recommend him to my friends.
Professional in manner with an attitude of caring ,highly knowledgeable, and a skilled communicator...what more could one want in a medical professional?
Wonderful bedside manner. Very interested in answering all your questions, before and after surgery. He does not delegate meeting the patients to a staff person; he meets with you to plan out the course of action. He is also not willing to rush to surgery -- he replaced my right knee because it was "totally messed up" and said the left knee also would need replacement, but not now. It has some time left and we don't need to do anything yet. I think that is refreshing

Dr. Parsons and his team are excellent a hat they do. They listen to your concerns, and address them. I especially like that is may not always mean surgery, though he isn't going to waste efforts on treatments have doesn't see value in either. Bottom line- I trust him to give everyone the best care.
Fantastic surgeon! I couldn't say enough about how wonderful Dr. Parsons is. He's now performed 2 surgeries on my shoulder that have both been quite complicated. Dr. Parsons has amazing bedside manner and I would recommend him to anyone!

Dr Parsons is an excellent orthopedic Dr/surgeon. I have had several surgeries and all have been done through Dr Parsons, I have been well pleased and will continue to use him for all orthopedic needs, ands would definitely recommend him to anyone with orthopedic needs. Great Christian man.

My experience was far less daunting than I anticipated...Dr. Parsons is wonderful. I had no problems whatsoever even though I had lots of "clean up" within my shoulder joint I am almost back to normal and it has only been a month since my surgery. Very little post-op pain and although the physical therapy is a little painful it has helped me get back to normal very quickly...thanks to Dr. Parsons and the entire staff at TOC.
