I was a patient for 20 years. He was a very compassionate Dr. Could someone tell me how to get me medical records the phone has been disconnected.
RIP he will be missed. Only Dr and staff who finally cared to find out what was wrong and get me a working treatment. His loss has affected me tremendously.
