Dr. Mercado and his staff are absolutely great. They are friendly, professional, efficient, accomodating with appt. times and changes and always smiling. I love it that Dr. Mercado talks to me while working on my teeth, always very interesting and entertaining. This is a wonderful group and I wouldn't change anything about them. We are so pleased with them all that even when my company insurance stopped providing for PPO's, we got a private plan that dis, just so we could keep them as our dental providers.
The staff and doctor are always pleasant and professional.
