Everyone was wonderful as usual.
Everyone was very friendly and professional! Dr. Mercado was very informative and thorough. I really appreciated him taking the time showing me what needed to be done and why. Very happy with the work that was done by him.
Everything was good. There was minor confusion regarding my insurance payment, but nothing too bad. I paid $50. My cleaning may have been free, but my payment will be credited for next time, or I will be reimbursed. I prefer to pay at the time of service, rather than wait for EOB.
Doctor and his team are the best
Everyone is always so nice, they are more like friends you stop by to visit than anything else. It's very pleasant even when it is your teeth they are working on.
It is always an excellent experience when I come to my appointment. Dr. Mercado always takes time with the examination. He explains what needs to be done, if needed, and provides a cost estimate. I am always happy to refer people to him.
Everyone is awesome! Pearl always does such a great job making me feel welcome.
