We were from. Out of town and in a bad car wreck. Kevin was more concerned with our injuries and worked with us to allow us to get our stuff out of the car so we could continue our trip without the added expenses or the stress of having to stay another day and was able to meet us at the yard after normal business hours Made a stressful time a lot less stressful !!!
