Unpleasant, uncaring, unknowledgeable. Why would anyone subject themselves to this kind of physician. He is rude and is not interested in helping you. If he does not know the answer or cannot diagnose the problem immediately, he tries no further. Good thing there are other docs in town. Another doc helped me tremendously when he was simply unable or did not care enough to try.
Seems like a smart lady, but if you don't do all the expensive tests she "needs" she'll dismiss you quickly. Must be nice to be able to throw away clients.
Dr. Herzfeld spent lots of time treating and explaining my illness and provided excellent care.
I've been working with Dr. Eckmann for several years now to help manage migraines. He is extremely careful and thorough, and helped me determine that transient numbness in my hands was actually due to a herniated disc in my neck, and not to migraine! He spends enough time to really understand the problem, and also treats me like a valuable partner in the treatment team. I can't say enough good things about him.
Dr. Herzfeld is brilliant and very patient. She is one of the best and brightest.
The staff is abysmal, particularly when it comes to billing. The doctor is not well-informed.
Dr. Herzfeld is an outstanding physician. She has treated me for more than six years and I have total confidence in her abilities. In addition, you could not find nicer more sensitive person to work with as your doctor. She is the best.
Dr. Herzfeld is one of the best doctors I have ever worked with. I was very anxious and did not have a clue what could be wrong with me when I first went to see her. She is extremely thorough, patient and kind. She took time to answer all of my questions carefully. I would absolutely recommend her to my family and friends.
