Seems like a smart lady, but if you don't do all the expensive tests she "needs" she'll dismiss you quickly. Must be nice to be able to throw away clients.
Dr. Herzfeld spent lots of time treating and explaining my illness and provided excellent care.

The staff is abysmal, particularly when it comes to billing. The doctor is not well-informed.

She's not a bad doctor in general--when she's there--and she has been out of the office for months at a time. She's not good about returning calls either. If you have a problem, that could be a problem.
