Dr. Wainess told me that his surgery coordinator would call to schedule my cataract surgery. Monday was my preoperative appointment. It is Friday - I still haven't heard from anyone. I tried to call this morning. I was on hold for an hour and a half when I gave up. Dr. Wainess is very nice and professional. I wish I could say the same for the staff.
