Great office staff very friendly very clean office they are always cleaning the rooms and machines Dr Wainess. Is great always explains everything that is going on. A very good doctor answers all your questions. I have never had to wait long to be seen. patients are in and out of the office right away they are great and very organized. Love Dr Wainess and Acuity eye group.
Everything was completed quickly at the office, and Dr Wainess’s previously prescribed treatment has resulted in improvement of my eye condition. He has performed successful surgeries on both my husband and me.
Staff is very professional and Dr. Wainess is very caring and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend him.

Dr. Wainess told me that his surgery coordinator would call to schedule my cataract surgery. Monday was my preoperative appointment. It is Friday - I still haven't heard from anyone. I tried to call this morning. I was on hold for an hour and a half when I gave up. Dr. Wainess is very nice and professional. I wish I could say the same for the staff.
