The efficiency and thoroughness of the staff
This was the first time Dr. Wainess assisted my grandmother, I appreciated that he brought in an interpreter and did not just assume I could translate for him to my grandma. He took the time to examine her eyes, as she had cataract surgery earlier this year. He was kind and patient with my grandma, he listened and answered all of our questions. The check in staff are always friendly and welcoming. Wait time is ‘usually’ 15 minutes or less. The pre exam prep staff are well trained and efficient. Dr Wainess is friendly and very professional.
It was fast and staff where nice
I like Dr Wainess. He's kind, courteous, & listens when you ask questions.
The service I received was excellent. The doctor explain to me every thing that was going on with my eyes.
