Didn't even meet her until I was 4 days post op from an open surgery to remove my tube due to an ectopic pregnancy . She ripped my steri strips off, all while i had tears streaminf from th pain. She did not care tht.v. she wass hurtin me.shamed me for using a walker for balance, told me to put oil on my incision (surgeon told me not to do that) told my i must've had an std because according to her that's what causes ectopic pregnancies (not true and no I don't have an std!) She talked over me.
My wife just lost the baby over the weekend. The nurse practitioner at this office saved her life. The doctor never even bothered to come to hospital to visit, during a 3 day stay. At the followup today, SHE WAS RUDE and mean. Told my wife she must have an STD because that is what causes the issue that almost took her life. My wife and I have been monogamous our entire lives. Neither has been with anyone else PERIOD. Ripped the tape off a relatively fresh incision with no warning. STAY AWAY!!!!!
I've visited their San Dimas location a few times. Reception staff is very rude, they're always on their phones recording each other and taking pictures while these patients in the office. Very long wait. Once you're in the room she has no bedside manners. You can't even ask questions about your problem since she makes you feel so rushed.
Dr. Rivera is the best! Dr. Lopez and her both compliment each other so well... They have both been my doctors for over ten years, very trustworthy and on point. Have been with me through 4 of my pregnancies. They are both passionate about what they do and committed! If you are looking for someone to take good care of you and that you can trust this is where you wanna be
I highly recommend Dr Rivera she is a good dr and is always answering my questions.
She is very rude. After 5 years all the sudden decided not to see me anymore with my 3rd pregnancy and sent me to sage brush saying I was high risk when I really wasn't. Pretty much told me to get out of her office and never come back. She has no bed side manners. I love the nurse practitioner. She was the only reason I kept going. I wouldn't recommend ever going there.
she is great! gets down to business highly professional very experienced she brought my beautiful son into the world!
She is rude has no bed side manners would not recommend.
If I could no stars I would. The staff is horrible and rude. They don't care about their patience. So if I were you I'd save your time and don't schedule and appointment with this horrible office
