I need to find out where my medical records are after the Eye st location closed down…every number I try to call the mailbox is full…please advise as to how I can have my records sent to my current dr
I saw Dr. Rivera for both of my pregnancies and she was absolutely wonderful to me. She always addressed any concerns I had, and listened to me. I personally never had any bad experiences with her or her office staff. They were all always so kind to me. No complaints whatsoever.
Dr rivera was my OB/GYN for both my babies and she was GREAT! answered all my questions and made me feel safe when i was at the hospital delivering. 2 years after having my babies i decided to remove tubes and she walked me through the whole process and was super helpful and understanding. i highly recommend dr rivera
She was so rude & doesnt deserve to be a obgyn she does not care about her patients , I definitely do not recommend her.
I found out I was expecting and then I found out about 8wks later that my babies heart stopped beating and growing. The nurse practitioner had me go get a second opinion ultra sound. And wanted me to return in 2weeks. Expecting to find out what my options were at my next app. Dr Rivera Walked in. She didn’t ask how I was doing? or how I was feeling ? I really felt taken advantage of monetarily. I dont think that patient care/wellness or satisfaction matters at THIS office. I will never return to this office. These dr' s should just focus on the aesthetic services they provide, since money is the top priority for this office
Extremely RUDE and did not address any of my concerns. Waited in the room, for over an hour before she finally decided to come in. Talked down to me like I was an idiot and refused to examine me even when I expressed that I was in pain. Backed into the wall like she was afraid to even touch me. Rude, mean, demeaning, and uncaring. Terrible bedside manner.
Professional and kind, addressed all my concerns and answered all my questions. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.
Staff is very friendly and professional. Always answers all questions fully to our understanding. Dr. Rivera is very experienced and knowledgeable I feel that my baby and I are in great hands.
