Dr. Easterling and her staff are WONDERFUL. They really listen and try to get to the bottom of a problem. They are not afraid to test and refer. They have bucked the insurance system in the past to protect my health, so I know they advocate for their patients, which is very special. I followed Dr. Easterling from the Monroe Street location; she has been my doctor for over a decade. Absolute trash. I wish I couldn't even give 1 star. Make an appointment over a month ago and the day before call to refuse to do your job.
I contacted the referral line 4 months ago for a referral for a specialist and never even got a response.
