Dr Miranda and his staff have always provided excellent care for our boys since their infancy. We have 11 year old twins (one with Down Syndrome) and a 13 year old. He has always been willing to listen and answer questions thoroughly. His kind, caring and calm demeanor have always helped our children whenever they were anxious going for a doctor's visit. His staff is very professional and together they have the utmost concern for all the children they serve.
Dr. Miranda has been our pediatrician since our 22 yr old was 6 yrs old. He was in our scheduled c-section for our 2 boys. When our last child was born he stopped by the hospital on his way to his office to check up on her hrs after delivery! He has always treated us with the most up most respect & professionalism. He has always gone out of his way to ensure our kids receive the best possible medical care! Ourchildren love to go to Dr appts. Thank you for your devoted care & for all you do!
VERY GOOD WITH MY DAUGHTER. NO MATTER WHAT THE ISSUE WAS HE RESOLVED IT OR SENT US TO A SPECIALIST TO SEE WHAT WAS GOING ON. THE LEVEL OF CARE IS TOP NOTCH, ONLY DOWNFALL IS THEIR PHONE SYSTEM IT IS GARBAGE. MY DAUGHTER LOVES GOING TO SEE HER DR. EVEN IF THEY'RE GOING TO GIVE HER SHOTS SO I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND DR. MIRANDA
I never got to experience Dr. Miranda's service. His office staff did not receive my message due to an error on their part and they told me they would not be able to reschedule my 18 month o ld son because we missed our appointment... Even though we left a message regarding the appointment, did not receive a call back, called back again and were told they don't reschedule no-shows... Very rude in my opinion. Just because their message system doesn't work my son doesn't get to see the doc.
We can recommend Dr. Miranda because he is very attentive when he is in your presence. I never feel rushed when he is examining my daughter. I trust his diagnosis and feel that he is truly caring. He always explains in easily understandable explanations to both patient and parent. He explains to the patient what he intends to do during the examination.
