All of my children have been with Dr. Miranda since birth and he has been an amazing with all of them.
Requires telemedicine visits before coming in sometimes now, sometimes hard to get an appointment any more somewhat unorganized. Sometimes now it is easier to just either go out to childrens or urgent care for help with things that need care asap... The front staff depending on who you get is outstanding or rude. My previous pediatrician was requiring weekly visits that were not covered by insurance and costing me an unnecessary fortune for my healthy newborn baby. So I called in to Dr. Miranda and I am so happy that I did. He does not make us wait for our appointment time and is a very good doctor. I feel and know that we are in good hands with him. Zeo stars Worst experience ever staff is so rude, have actitude, unprofessional, and so disrespectful. They careless about patients health. My daughter had a really bad ear infection and I called all week to see if they have any appointment available and they were so rude having attitude telling me they didn’t have any appointment for this week and not even next week and to go hospital or urgent care and to go somewhere where they take my insurance. Dr. Miranda is the ONLY good thing about this place. I wish I could have my kids keep seeing him as their pediatrician.. but the incompetence and lack of respect and care by the staff and the overall handling of anything outside of the doctor in the room with my children can only be described as ASANINE AND PATHETIC!!! I am DONE with this sad excuse of a medical facility .
Best doctor ever we thank him because without him our son wouldn't be where he is with all the medical attention he needs. Dr miranda showed concerns in my sons development for motor skills by 3 months old and by 5 months he was getting the help he needed and to this day any time my son needs some kind of new specialist or therapy he gets.
Been taking my daughter since she was a new born and she isn't now 6. Now our newborn baby boy Ian going here.. I just love the dr and his staff. Great job and I recommend a lot of ppl here when they have issues with their kids dr
