I would rate Dr. Oyakawa and his staff 5++++ From the time you walk through the door for your very first visit to all your follow up visits, they provided such excellent service. They took the time to explain everything. The technicians and staff, Jessica, Nydia and Desirae, were also so patient and knowledgeable. I always felt like I was in great hands. In short, if you want the best, go to Dr. Oyakawa. He and his staff are all excellent. I chose Dr. Oyakawa to do my Lasik surgery about 25 years ago. As a dentist my vision is critical so I thoroughly researched him and found that he truly is the best in Southern California. He recently did cataract surgery for me and I now see better than I have since he did my Lasik. I wouldn't trust my vision to anyone else!
