I love everything about this office. Music is relaxing, staff and Dr. Brown are so nice and patient. Dr. Brown explains everything thoroughly and no pressure to buy. Great selection of frames,. Christine was very helpful with frames and exceptional to make sure everything was just right.
Couldn’t be more grateful to Dr. Brown. When my Kaiser Eye Doctor discounted a sudden change in my vision, Dr. Brown canceled his lunch plans, got me in immediately, did extensive testing, and discovered a macular hole which needed quick surgery. He went far beyond the call in helping me bring this urgency to the attention of Kaiser, who (due to Covid backlog), couldn’t do the surgery for several months, leaving me with a permanent vision impairment. Out first visit was 8/15/24. When we arrived we received a nasty reception stating we were 8 min late. She then asked us for our Medicare card but didn’t know to say “original “ card. Very rude and not at all anyone who should be working with elderly clients. Condescending, and tone deaf. Using words like “ skooch”. To someone who is hard of hearing and not familiar with slang. Dr. Brown is an amazing Optometrist and wonderful boss. However, Sasha is one rude young lady with a very condescending behavior. I hope Dr. Brown brings staff that will care for his patients in the fashion he does.
