Out first visit was 8/15/24. When we arrived we received a nasty reception stating we were 8 min late. She then asked us for our Medicare card but didn’t know to say “original “ card. Very rude and not at all anyone who should be working with elderly clients. Condescending, and tone deaf. Using words like “ skooch”. To someone who is hard of hearing and not familiar with slang. Dr. Brown is an amazing Optometrist and wonderful boss. However, Sasha is one rude young lady with a very condescending behavior. I hope Dr. Brown brings staff that will care for his patients in the fashion he does.

I don't understand why their receptionist have such an attitude I have anxiety and they do not make it any comfortable at all great selection of glasses but terrible receptionist their the receptionist asked me if a time slot works for me to make an appointment and then got angry when I had to change it when I was still on the phone with her I didn't think it was a big deal I guess it was for her
Arrived within the 10 minute grace period, and had to wait several minutes before getting checked in due to the receptionist helping someone else. By the time I was ready to check in, it was 16 mins past the appointment time. The receptionist stated the doctor wouldn't see me and completely disregarded my time and wasn't helpful.
