Gentle and thorough care.
Always exceptional customer service, fast, friendly and thorough. Dr. Shoup keeps up on new trends and so uses all the latest technology. Makes going to the dentist much nicer.
Dr. Shoup and his staff are friendly and professional! They made me feel very comfortable and welcomed. I would definitely recommend this staff for your dental needs. It was truly a pain free experience. I can't thank Dr Shoup enough for giving me my smile back!!!
Walked right in the dentist chair, no waiting. Was very through with the procedure. Making sure that the onlay waspermanently attached and all the chunks of cement were removed. Dr. Shoup constantly says "thank you very much" your such a great patient. ð
Always friendly office staff, thorough and well explained dental work, and a comfortable experience.
I am so excited to find a dentist who takes the time to put me at ease. He also took the time to get to know me. He is personable and honestly cares about his patients. I will recommend to all my family and friends. Norma
There aren't enough positive words to describe the level of care and attention I've received from everyone in this practice. I have a rare disease of the facial nerves called Trigeminal Neuralgia. TN changes the way the brain receives messages from the face and even a light touch can send a jolt of electricity across your face, so dental care is very tricky. It had been 6 years since my last dental visit before finding this awesome place and staff and I've since been 4 times in 2 months.
Have been a patient of Dr. Shoup for more than 25 years. That should speak for itself.
I feel Dr. Shoup and staff take pride in offering specialized dentistry, and show it through workmanship and taking time to educate the patient.
