This was easily the worst medical visit I’ve ever experienced. I arrived 15 minutes early, but wasn’t taken back to a room until 1 hour after my scheduled appointment time. When the doctor finally came in, the visit was unbelievably unprofessional. He was completely uninformative, answered a phone call in the middle of examining me, spent roughly two minutes shining a flashlight on my skin, said “you’re good” and then walked out to continue his call. Dr. Jacobs makes you feel very comfortable and your needs important. He's very knowledgeable, professional, caring and understanding. His Nurse Abraham was also very caring and informative. Front staff is also very friendly. I highly recommend Dr. Jacobs for your Dermatologist!
My family and I have been going to Dr. Randy for years. He is the best Dermatologist. I recommend him to everyone. He is so considerate and gentle with his process. We trust him and he has helped us so much. His staff is awesome and we will continue going to them forever!
I have been a patient of Dr. Jacobs for at least 25 years. Throughout this time, he has consistently provided exceptional care. I've taken my children to him for their acne issues, and he successfully cleared them up with his expertise. Personally, I've been seeing him for alopecia, and he has taken excellent care of me. I can wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Jacobs, not only for his medical proficiency but also for his kindness and the amazing staff at his clinic.
Disrespectful with their customer’s time. How can you be called professional. Two consecutive appointments I had and the dermatologist seems unbothered with the time. I had to wait in the room for almost an hour. So I opened the door and checked what’s going on, I saw the dermatologist was with her phone! I told her i need to be in my other appt in 15min. It has to change and I know sometime they got stuck with other patient but come on! Be professional!
