Dr Napolitano was very friendly and took time to ask questions about my problem. He told me what it was and took care of the pain and advised me on how to prevent it from hurting.
I have been treated by Dr. Napolitano on two separate occasions and, each time have found him to an excellent listener and diagnostician. He is very personable and will continue to be my ‘go-to’ podiatrist whenever needed!

The doctor spent no more than 5 minutes with me my first visit. Since my xrays looked "fine", he prescribed a brace and told me to come back in 3 weeks. There was no physical exam. No palpating, no ROM movements, no communication of a treatment plan. For my FU appointment, he was an hour late. My initial visit was fine; however, I waited 40 minutes past my scheduled appointment time for Dr. Napolitano to see me for my follow up. He acted like he had no idea what I was there for. Said he was busy and apologized. I had to re-explain what he saw me for and that this was a follow up visit. He told me not to leave that he’d be right back.
