The doctor was very helpful, nice and knows his stuff. His medical assistant was lovely and had the right personality, unlike a lot of other doctor’s offices I go to. Just expect a very long wait. Once you get in though, you’re not rushed and treated well.
The doctor is easy to talk to, and everyone in his department is pleasant and helpful. I like that he offers multiple options that I can explore to improve the outcome of my treatment. He also advised me of the most realistic outcome for my condition and I appreciate that.

Dr Napolitano was excellent! He took the time to listen to my issue, did a careful exam and took some x-rays on site to fully understand what was happening. Kind, patient care is somewhat rare these days. This doctor stands out!
Dr. N is always positive, takes the time to make sure all of my questions are answered, and provides encouragement by considering cutting-edge approaches to wound care and management. His staff are wonderfully kind and compassionate as well.
I had a great appointment! I went in with pain in my foot when I walk and came out pain free! The office is well managed and the employees seem to like their job. Dr is very friendly and listened to me and then had a solution.
My entire experience was completely positive. My appointment started when expected. Dr. Napolitano is pleasant. Ask me what concerned me, followed by an examination. Then explained in plain English his observations with recommendations to my satisfaction. I never felt rushed but the appointment was brief. Plus a friendly and helpful staff.
My wife and I have been patients of Dr. Napolitano for over 10 years. During this time he provided exceptional care, always in a positive professional way and most of all he kept us well. Much to our regret, travel logistics force us to leave his care and again he was very helpful finding a replacement close to our location. I recommend Dr. Napolitano to my friends and anyone who seeks excellent podiatry care.
