Very thorough and personable
Never too long of a wait staff is very helpful and always remember your name which is a big thing in customer service if you know what I mean
They are efficient and caring. Ready to answer questions and make sure you understand the answers. They treat you like you are important as a patient.
Dr. Shah is very thorough. When I left his offices all my questions were answered and he and his staff were very kind and listened to every word I had to say. They also answered ALL of my questions. I’ve never had chest pains like I was experiencing at that time and especially after I had my chemical stress test the pains got so much worse. Regular followup. Office and doctor's appointment well run, on-time, and efficient.
The last visit went very well. Everyone was up beat and ready for the new year to get started. All my labs were great and they told be to continue on with my physical exercise and continue to losse some weight.
Dr. Rakesh Shah and his staff are professional and caring. They work to provide efficient care. They are helpful in getting medication refills, tests, and follow up care.
6mo/echo/arterial. Fu. I have coronary artery disease; PAD; right foot drop. Dr. Shah will sched angioplasty in both of my legs.i am in physical therapy twice a week addressing right foot drop. I am now able to drive car. Walking is unstable. Using a cane as necessary.
