Dr. Shah always reviews/explains your current heart health condition(s), listens intently to questions, and addresses said questions in a manner that you will understand. In these regards, he is a rare find. Besides the above, he is mostly punctual and always in a good mood. Ditto also applies to his staff.
This visit and following. visit related to medication side effects and adjustments which eliminated the side effects.
Excellent customer service, staff always friendly. Dr. Shah very attentive, explains everything in detail.
Dr.Shah is very professional and point of fact at the same time. He tells you what the problem is and what can be done about it. If you have a part to play in your recovery, he will let you know that as well. I think he is honest and direct and I appreciate that in a person.
Facility is clean and waiting area is welcoming. Staff is always courteous, professional and knowledgeable. Waiting times are short, usually taken early.
The initial visits by the nurse and then the NP were very cordial and professional. They answered my questions or referred me to Dr Shah when he visited. Dr Shah reviewed the results of my recent Pet Scan, stress test and ECHO cardiogram and scheduled a follow up visit in 6 months. We discussed the possibility of an additional stent in my left? ventricle although there are no symptoms presently.
I absolutely trust Dr. Shah. Which is really hard to find in a doctor He is the best you could ever find.

Entire staff was very efficient and was on time and was prepared for me when I came in. The staff conducted all the preliminary workup so that when the doctor came in he could get right to my case. The staff was professional and very friendly. Doctor Shah is great. A person feels that he actually cares and has the time to review your case and answer questions. I feel that I trust him.
