Dr. Rakesh Shah has treated me for well over 10 years as well as several members of my immediate family. He will take as much time as is needed to explain and answer questions and is very knowledgeable, professional and thorough with his patients. His staff is also very helpful and friendly. Wait time has always been minimal and exam rooms are very clean. Technical staff is also very professional and efficient. I would highly recommend Dr. Shah to anyone in search of a cardiologist in the Clear Lake area.

Dr Rakesh Shah and the staff at Bay Area Heart are wonderful! Wait times are minimal; front office staff are friendly, courteous, helpful and polite; nursing staff are professional, friendly, and well trained. The facilities are clean and well maintained. Dr. Shah takes the time to listen and does a good job explaining tests and results. As with all medical offices, though, I recommend you bring a light jacket, it will be on the cool side.
