The communication from the office staff is AWFUL! I had a surgery in 2024 and was given all of the necessary codes that this doctor's office and the hospital would use to perform my surgery. Prior to the surgery, I called my insurance company to get an idea of what the cost would be based on the codes I was given from Uraldy at this doctor's office.
