I was placed on hold while trying to make an appointment, but I could still hear two or three staff in the background discussing their patients’ weight, appearance, and medications. This is highly unprofessional and raises serious concerns about patient privacy and HIPAA confidentiality. Avoid this place unless you like to share your medical information

前台态度差，医生不负责任，我大腿根疼去看医生，医生说没事开一些肌肉放松的药，和止疼药，去看了两次都一样的说法，后来因为我老婆肩膀疼导致右胳膊抬不起来去看医生，结果还是说没事，还是开一些肌肉放松的药和止疼药，后来去物理治疗中心需要转诊单，前台态度差到没的说，回头就换了家庭医生，医生直接给我老申请ct，CT没查出来又申请磁共振，结果大腿根有一处骨头不供血坏了，又申请了手术，这家真是小病不想看，大病看不了，
