I came to Dr. Tatini because a friend told me how great her and her staff were. For a while it was ok, I forgot the first psych Dr. I saw but she was amazing. After she left, my medications (that can cause severe withdrawal) were not called in until 15 days after my initial request. I went in patient twice while being under Dr. Tatini's care. The office staff (at the time) was top tier , however I have been unable to reach anyone since September of 2022. I have left messages after messages. No response.
I have been going to Dr. Tatinis office for over a year now. I have always been a fan of the doctors and therapist there. The customer service from the other staff has not always been great. As of late the customer service has gotten much better and the new people that are there have gotten much better with answering the phones, prescription refills and all around better care for the patients. Would recommend Dr. Tatini and staff to anyone seeking care for psychiatric care.
I can never get through to get a prescription refill. I called all day long with no luck and decided to visit the office in person—it was not busy at all. They reassured me that the doctor sent over the prescription but when I contacted the pharmacy I was told they never sent it. So now I have to wait until Monday to try again and I have no medication left.
Just rude and unprofessional
Unbelievable. It has taken weeks to get prescriptions. Left several messages no call back in a week. If you have anxiety I will assure you it will get worse dealing with with this practice. Find another doctor that listens and is on top of their business. I have spent thousands and no improvement. I truly made the mistake of trusting my care too long with this practice. Dr. Tatini has been my psychiatrist for the past five years, and I highly recommend her. She has worked with me in a thoughtful and professional manner in prescribing medications that continue to effectively treat the symptoms of my psychiatric conditions.
Dr. Tatini's combination of compassion and an ability to make her diagnoses comprehensible made my time spent with her very helpful.Health care professionals often seem aloof and overly technical but that is not the case with Dr. Tatini.
