Our family would highly recommend Dr Poole. His staff is unbelievably kind and understanding. The office is beautiful and clean. Dr Poole has extended so much kindness to our daughter who has a baffling toe issue. He remembers her when we come in and has sincerely wanted to help us find a solution to her issue. He is the best! Best Podiatrist in the Nashville/Franklin area!
I wish this doctor offered other services I needed, because I want to go back! A beautiful office. He was punctual and effective and my toe looks great. It has a great, clean, and professional feel and I appreciated his way of working. Right after I left I thought, who could I refer a foot doctor to? Others should know about him!
Dr. Poole and his staff treated me with kindness and respect. Dr. Poole answered all my questions and explained in detail his findings. His nurse and receptionist were the most caring, service oriented staff I’ve ever experienced in a doctor’s office.
