Dr. Poole and his staff treated me with kindness and respect. Dr. Poole answered all my questions and explained in detail his findings. His nurse and receptionist were the most caring, service oriented staff I’ve ever experienced in a doctor’s office.
Dr. Poole and the staff are amazing. Listens to your concerns and gets to the root of the problem. They get you in fast if you have a serious concern. Highly recommend

Considering the unfortunate reason for needing to visit Dr Poole, I am soooo pleased with my visit. One of my children has had chronic issues with his feet and I heard many recommendations to make an appointment with Dr Poole. From the moment we walked in to his office suite, we were greeted warmly. His staff was kind and gracious. Dr. Poole was amazing in fixing my nonunion metatarsal bone from a bunionectomy I had with another doctor in 2023. I appreciate that he listened to me and helped me fix my broken bone. His staff is always professional and friendly, from the receptionist to the nursing staff. In particular, I really appreciate Missy who was often the “middle person” that retrieved any answers I needed. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS OFFICE!
