New parents beware!! This is a -5 star review. We saw Dr Birkin for 10 months and it was 10 months wasted. Never listened to us because we were new parents so according to her we knew nothing. She will talk down to you and make you feel like a bad parent. It took her a month of us constantly telling her something was wrong with my son after feeding. Dr Pippa Birkin, What can I say extremely caring with one of my twins who has had a few different issues since birth she has gone ABOVE AND BEYOND and I cant thank her enough we are still under her care with some more tests to follow every time I have voiced my concerns she listens and explains and if I don’t understand she will explain in a way I do and I have never left her office feeling like she “didn’t care or didn’t listen or didn’t have the time for us” Highly recommend and I am so thankful she managed to see my son.
Very unpleasant experience.
Very rude, unprofessional and no compassion. Do not recommend at all. There is a reason why she is the only one with availabilities.
