They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. I was pretty surprised with how far away this business was from everything. It took me forever to get there.

Great doctor but the reception department is horrible. HAve been on hold not for over 10 minutes without talking to a human. Last time I had to switch doctors for insurance purposes. At that time I tried to call and have the doctor call me. The receptionist told me they wouldnt tell him because I was no longer with their office and hung up on me. At this time I am considering going back because of how good he was but may have to look elsewhere.
