They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort. I was misdiagnosed when I had bronchitis, told my cough was due to a rash on my arm. They gave me anti itch cream and told me it go away. I ended up going to urgent care who had to take a chest x-ray because they thought I had pneumonia. Luckily it was just bronchitis.
