Dr. Ross and the nurses are great. The administrative staff members are just flat out rude. Like you're taking up THEIR time.
From the moment you walk in the door their staff is most friendly, and welcoming. They are warm and professional. Dr. Phil and Dr. Ross are both caring and generous in their time and treatment. I have always made positive health progress after visiting them. Any of my questions put forth were answered. They really took time with me. I really appreciate all the personal effort.
