Had ablation for my low back and it has worked great. Been living with back pain for a few years for the last few years -- wish I had met the doctor sooner!!
I have spinal stenosis and have been, at times, in excruciating pain. My PC doctor recommended Dr. Sraow. He has helped me so much with my back pain as well as knee, neck and shoulder pain. I recommend him all the time to family and friends. Family has gone to him and are very happy as well.
I've been going to Dr Paul for quite some time and I've had multiple procedures; I am extremely cautious about anyone doing ANYTHING regarding my spine, THIS is a Dr you can trust! He's not for you if you're simply looking for pain med supplier! He will find the cause of problem and do what is best for it. He is forgetful and really doesn't want to be in Pain Manegmant. He told my husband and I that. This office treats everyone like they drug atticts. First thing they said to me when I called for an appointment was how many pain centers have you been too! None, I am 69 yrs ld and have never had chronic pain before in my life. I'm scheduled for knee surgery 2/27
He is a very wonderful and caring doctor. When i had to get a procedure, because he didn't put u to sleep I WAS very anxious but once I got back there and saw it was just a small room with him and his nurse I felt so much better not to mention how much attention her took while doing. I have had others without sedation wated to scream but with him it wasnt so bad would def. do more.He wasn't like others trying to see how many procedures he could fit in a day HE is all about the patient!
Dr.Paul and his staff for both locations are both personable and professional. I would totally recommend Dr. Paul Sraow to family,friends,co-workers or anyone that would like to have a positive experience at the doctors office.
The front office staff have horrible customer service and are ignorant. This Dr. is rude and dismissive. He has no problem canceling an appointment if your late but does not have a problem rescheduling appointments when he has time gaps in his schedule either. It sounds like he has no issue billing And collecting but cannot seem to have a friendly demeanor with many of his elderly patients.
Dr Sraow is AMAZING!!! I have suffered for 7 years with chronic pain, and every other doctor I saw just wanted to prescribe me more and more pain pills. Dr Sraow actually listened to me, took my concerns and pain levels serious, my desire to not be medicated 24/7 and proposed what has been a very successful strategy to relieve my pain. I am beyond thankful for Dr Sraow and his incredible, friendly and hospitable team for all of their diligence and efforts in getting me to feel good again. I c
