I see Dr. Paul Sraow at East Valley Pain Management for neck pain that goes into my arm and hand (the medical term for this is cervical radiculopathy). I get about 1-2 epidural injections a year that work very well and keep the pain at bay. Dr. Sraow is kind and personable, as well an expert in his field. His staff is also very easy to work with and get an appointment. I recommend him for anyone with symptoms like mine, or really for anything related to pain. Thanks doc.

He is the best doctor at injections. Ive had two previous back surgeries with multiple titanium rods and a basket in my lower back and he was able to get around the metal and get the injection in the correct place. Over the years I've had many, at least 20 injections and no other doctor has been able to get around the metal and get the medication in the correct place. I would highly recommend him for this. Dr Paul Sraow is the best in specialized care for pain management I have ever seen/used & I've seen plenty! Not because I was doctor or clinic hopping for medication, but because it took me a long time to find one this good; one who I'll allow to do procedures on &/or near my spine! Saw me for my back. Showed me my MRI and explained it to me so I could see the damage. Had a good plan with a procedure that worked very well. Pain is gone now. Very happy. Go here if you need a pain doctor.
