All along the process I was made aware of my options. Several other processes were tried (injections, physical therapy, braces, etc.) to see if the carpal tunnel could be controlled without surgery. With each process implementation we discussed what I could expect and when it was clear that the interventions were not enough (when the tingling was present throughout the day with little movement) and I decided to have surgery they would be there to help. Surgery was so quick and I actually talked to Dr. Simic after awakening f... read more

Dr. Paul Simic is the worst doctor I’ve ever seen in my life. He was absolutely rude, and spent around 30 seconds in the room assessing me. Didn’t answer any of my questions about my issue. Sent me for an MRI which took over a month to get an appointment. When I showed up he booked the wrong procedure for me, and they told me I had to reschedule. I refused and demanded the do the MRI. With my follow up appointment Dr. Simic spend another 30 seconds with me and never answered one question or concern I had. He just sent me to ... read more

I had Carpel Tunnel Relief Surgery on my left hand. Dr. Simic and all of his staff were outstanding. They were friendly and professional and made me feel I was in the best of care. My post surgery care was also outstanding . I highly recommend Dr. Simic and S.C.O.I.

My primary care doctor, Michelle Kelley, MD, highly recommended Dr. Paul Simic.I had numbness, pain and stiffness in both of my hands. His diagnosis was quick, after a nerve test. Surgery was scheduled and performed without any hitches. It took two weeks to recover after surgery. Both my hands continue to improve daily – I don’t have any numbness or tingling now. Grateful!Dr Simic and staff contact: Dr. Simic implemented a daily follow up program called GetWell Loop. After surgery, to make sure I was doing well or needed som... read more

I’m doing well after surgery. The only concern I had was the length of time it took from the date of injury to the date of surgery. It was still considered an acceptable period of time as far as the fracture goes, but the pain pre-op was significantly worse than the post-op pain. I was kept very comfortable with a nerve block, pain meds (which I only needed one day post-op, and icing. Overall, the care was excellent and I can see and feel an improvement every day.

Went to see Dr. Simic for numbness, pain and stiffness in both hands. Diagnosis was quick, confirmed by a nerve test. Surgery was scheduled and performed quickly. Two weeks after surgery and my hand is much better and improving daily. Time to schedule the other hand! Dr. Simic has implemented a daily follow up program that stays ahead of my questions. Highest recommendation for Dr. Simic.

This was my first surgery- and even though it was minimally invasive, Dr. Simic and his team set a plan and prepared my expectations perfectly. From pre-op to post op, they were there every step the way to guide me and answer any questions. I’m so appreciative to the staff at his office. Many thanks!
