Positive experience
I only saw Dr Patel for a few minutes on first visit and he seemed very likable and fine. However, the front office staff never sent in my prescription or forwarded an order to the imaging clinic I was planning to use. I called the next day to get these corrected and the staff seemed very put out and had a very poor attitude. Seeing I was having issues to even get started for treatment here, I decided to take my loses and find another practice. Disappointed.
