Dr. Crane called returned my inquiry phone call and put my mind at ease. On our visit the same day he used ultrasound to examine and took cultures and told me many thoughts and eased my fears. After the exam in his office Dr. Crane explained in detail what I might expect and offered advice on how to discuss or not discuss with partner. What started out as a highly emotional fear based situation has me feeling hopeful and calm and whatever the outcome I know Dr. Crane will support and advise me every inch of the way.

They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was so impressed with the experience as well as weith Dr Crane's knowledge and grasp of current thought and technologies. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. The office was easy enough to find.

Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say. Dr. Paul Crane delivered not only my 4 girls but all 4 of my sister's children and many, many friend's children as well. I don't know of a better physician and I don't think another exists!
