My mom was seen by Dr. Paul Sun for wax buildup and hearing consultation. The office was a bit crowded and had to wait a little but we didn’t mind as every specialist is busy these days. Staff are nice and Dr. Paul is very friendly, knowledgeable, caring physician. I definitely recommend these doctors. Thank you

I saw Dr Sun when I had sinus infection. The appointment was on time. He was very distant and cold, showed no compassion or interest in knowing the history of my infection. The whole appointment last less than 15 minutes, I didn't have time to ask all my questions and he rushes away... The antibiotic he proscribed didn't work either. After taking it faithfully for 21 days, my infection is only a little better. My nose was still stuffed everyday.
