I Had a consultation with Dr Kathy Russell in July and was greeted at the office by rude, unwelcoming receptionists. This attitude was equaled by Dr Russell herself, whom made passive aggressive comments about my facial hair being in the way of her being able to "fully tell" if I had a jaw problem, and being sure to bring up the imperfections of my teeth due to a childhood of infrequent dentist visits (which I was hoping to pay her handsomely to fix...
