Dr. Murphy is welcoming and friendly.. however when ever I asked him about a simple question such if I could take a supplement to ease the pain of my shoulder he just suggested Tylenol instead of giving me a solid "Here is why you can't take this; why don't you take this instead" response. Most of the time I feel myself questioning myself if I could be my own doctor.

Called a week ago for med refill for family member. Went pharmacy 3 days later- no med called in. Pharmacy faxed request to doctors office. Went to pharmacy 3 days later in response to pharmacy call. They called doctors office 5 times to get refill with no rx called in. Called doctor office tday, nurse to call me back. Called office 3 hours later and told nurse does call backs til 5 so not to worry. NEVER RECEIVED CALL FROM OFFICE. And since it's friday, won't hear titil Monday. Dr. Murphy was very personable and very knowledgeable. He listened to my concerns and gave me some great advice. He is very professional and accommodating.
