I am a doctor myself and I just contacted this office to establish care for our child because we have just moved to the area. We had heard good things about this doctor and we wanted her to be our kid’s doctor if possible. She also needs flu and COVID vaccines. The office told me that the doctor can’t see her before age of 2 years unless she is sick and because she has already received her well-being visit at 18 months at where we used to live at the time. We decided to take our new born there . And we wore happy with Dr Pam. However, horrible staff. The recepcionist was very unprofecional, distespecful . We had to look for another pediatrician. So sad that people had to stay in a place that is not happy.
Dr. Pam is the absolute best. However the staff is totally unprofessional. I had to follow up with one of the receptionist on multiple times to get the number of a Urologist I needed for my 5 month old. This girl even refuted me when I said no one had left a voicemail with the details. Totally unacceptable.
