**2.5 years later**My surgery for arthritic thumb/wrist bone was in Sept 2021. Surgery was successful, great right! A month after surgery I returned, had my bandages removed & a pin in my thumb was removed & here is where my nightmare began. He removed the pin in the office with difficulty & stuck a bandaid on it, no stitches, no covering, a bandaid! Excellent Doctor, I'm glad I found Him . Alternative decision then surgery, well communicated.
Dr. Mahoney replaced a damaged bone at the base of my thumb with a part of finger tendon. great listening, and explanation of the procedure and recovery. almost two years later and still perfect.
From the 1st phone call till the end of visit it was a great experience. Staff was all knowledgeable, and nice. Dr.Mahoney was fantastic he explained so I could understand very caring and took his time. I will recommend him to all.

We very comfortable with Dr, Mahoney and so far the injection he gave me seems to be working.
