Friendly and nice people professional people
Quick, friendly, and professional services.
Doctor and staff were knowledgeable and pleasant. Parking horrible. Forms to fill out were excessive and repetitive in information asked for. Sign in waiting room said if late, you might have to reschedule…. Appt was for 2:45. Got there at 2:05 to arrange payment and answer any questions from the paperwork. Didn’t actually see the doctor till almost 3:25…. I was taken back for preliminaries at around 3:10. Did I say parking was horrible?
I recently used Dr.Zaffater for vision correction surgery. He was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything to me. Answered all my questions and I never felt rushed. His staff are also very nice. I am very happy with my results and would 100% recommend seeing him.

Dr. Zaffater’s staff set a same-day appointment for me to accommodate my need for a prescription refill from another doctor. His staff never disappoints to come through when needed! They never disappoint!
He takes his time and explains what is wrong with your eyes. He tells you what you need to do to get your eyes better. What medication and what ointments to use. He also listens to your concerns about your eye health.
