Excellent. From the receptionist to the nurses, they were very professional and kind. It was heartwarming to feel that they really cared about me.
He is a fantastic doctor, addressed everything I brought up, and explained rationale for upcoming procedure. He did not rush through the appointment or become impatient. He had his nurse write down products for me to try. Thank you, Dr Zaffater!
Easy to work with and listens to your problems to resolve it.
The office was able to get me in the next day. The staff was very friendly and professional. Only had to wait a few minutes before I was taken back. Dr. Zaffater was in no hurry, and answered all my questions. Would definitely recommend him.
I sat in his office 45 minutes before the nice lady said they didn’t have enough staff in the back for all the appointments. That’s very rude to have more people than he can take care of. My time is important to me but it obviously isn’t to him.
This is probably the most thorough exam I have ever had from any doctor. Every was very pleasant, and I felt like no stone was unturned. Highly recommend.
Everyone is always friendly and accommodating. Dr. Zaffater always takes time to explain the hows and whys of things which is very interesting. I always enjoy my visits.
