Took his time did not rush visit and answered all my questions.
I went in because I have a stopped up tear duct. The staff went over and beyond to make sure that everything was checked and recommendations were made. The Dr even texted the surgeon that I need to see to correct my blocked tear duct. Amazing!
Appointment visits were timely and on time. Superb staff, professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and concerned. Dr. Z was softspoken, not in a hurry, and explained his findings and much upcoming surgeries. I felt like I was important. Being felt worthy was a good feeling.
Dr. Zaffater was very knowledgeable, kind and helpful. He took great care and took care of the floaters. I would recommend him to anyone.
Dr & staff were very professional and courteous.
As always, it was a pleasure to visit Dr Z’s office. Staff were kind and helpful and there was a good working relationship among all them. Dr Zaffater talked with me about every concern I had. I did not feel rushed.
