Darcy at the front desk was exceptional in answering my questions, providing me requested information and solving my prescription issue with Ecpress Scipts. She was friendly, helpful, very knowledgeable and extremely patient. She ended up being put on extended hold when she called Express Scripts, but she never made me fell like it was a problem. Darcy is the kind of individual you want as a first level contact for your service. Great job!!!
