Dr. Bawa and his friendly staff have always been flexible when helping me achieve my healthcare goals. His practice has many modalities to offer whether it be weight loss, Heath management, anti aging or Hormones. Dr. Bawa and his staff gave got you covered!

I highly recommend PA Josh, this man goes above and beyond for his patients. If you are looking for PCM who has heart like “old doctor” who truly cares about your health, your family and friends this is your doctor. This doctor was there for my daughter when she had a health scare and I will never forget how him and his nurse Shelly were on top of everything we needed. I truly can’t say enough about this great staff.
Revolving door with employees that do not know what to do or know how to get someone that does. Very slow in following up with a question. There is a very loud person the srb office and when I was done seeing doctor Janet with breathing problems she told me that I was to have a seat loud and rude and I didn’t want to go sit down and get back up and all she gave me was a copy of a paper. Plus I am almost positive that the whole office heard my problems thanks to her.
My family has been going to Dr Bawa’s office for years and we feel like part of their family. They take time to discuss symptoms and understand.
Dr. Bawa's Santa Rosa Beach Medical Clinic is FANTASTIC!! The staff are kind and attentive, and they focus upon my needs more than any other doctor's office. I get in and get right out, less than an hour ....and that gives me the rest of my day. The office if very, very clean, and bright/cheery... Oh, you would do well for yourself, if you go to the office down near Seaside.
Dr. Josh was great but the receptionist is horrible. Office hours are 8:30 and no one answers the phone or opens the door on time. Was charged a missed appointment fee but I called to cancel and had to leave a message because no one answered the phone. You just lost a valued patient
Never even saw the doctor! New patient. Horrible response time. Could not get return phone call to handle my pain & swelling/xray results/even a referral to a specialist! Went to local urgent care who were extremely efficient. Immediately put me in a soft cast and recommended an ortho surgeon to follow up with. Stated that I should have been stabilized with soft cast immediately. Bawa's did a poor job of initial treatment for someone with a possible break/fracture!
He is the fast food version of a doctor, would not help me fill out paperwork for VA. Every issue he treats seems to have a cure in medical marijuana that even that the staff was unable to do correctly in the submission.
