Never even saw the doctor! New patient. Horrible response time. Could not get return phone call to handle my pain & swelling/xray results/even a referral to a specialist! Went to local urgent care who were extremely efficient. Immediately put me in a soft cast and recommended an ortho surgeon to follow up with. Stated that I should have been stabilized with soft cast immediately. Bawa's did a poor job of initial treatment for someone with a possible break/fracture!
He is the fast food version of a doctor, would not help me fill out paperwork for VA. Every issue he treats seems to have a cure in medical marijuana that even that the staff was unable to do correctly in the submission.
Dr. Josh is great. Laurel is very sweet and is coaching me. I haven't been able to lose weight & just stuck. But thanks to their help I'm finally losing! 6lbs so far. Thank you! I recommend them.
I love Janet at Dr Bawa’s office. She truly listens and cares about you as a person. You’re not just herded in and out like cattle. I have been seeing her for over 2 years now and don’t plan to ever see anyone else. So if you’re looking for a caring physician I highly recommend her??

Janet goes above and beyond what she needs to do, in regards to my care. She takes the time to listen. The staff is kind, caring and always eager to help. Only complaint would be, the office manager. She is very rude to the staff in front of patients. She was rude and unprofessional to me, when I was asking questions.
I would like compliment Rhonda Leach for being a kind and caring medical professional which is a rare trait these days.It is not easy for me to be comfortable with someone but Rhonda is an exception I feel like I'm in good hands.
I can honestly say the staff at Dr Bawa's office are the nicest and most caring bunch of people ! I see Rhonda and she actually cares about her patients, she listens to you and "hears "what your telling her which now a days is a rariety. She is a gem ! Thank you ?
I have seen Dr Bawa in the past & have been most pleased. This time I saw Janet Reeves, APRN, and was extremely happy with the visit. I have seen Janet before and what keeps me returning is her knowledge & her compassion. She genuinely takes an interest in what is going on and does not dismiss my questions or concerns. She takes the time needed. I feel that neither Janet, nor Dr Bawa, act in a lofty, rushed manner. A+ to office staff too. I feel fortunate both Dr Bawa and Janet are in my area.
