I used to say she saved my life. Now everything is fiction! There is no Concord location, no Nita Grover. After 10 years of being given very heavy meds at high doses, they closed at least two locations and randomly dumped many patients. Ten years! This is not survivable at these high amounts for so long. They won't even send me a referral for somewhere else.
Exceptional physician and human being, sincere, compassionate and empathetic. She is very knowledgeable and actually listens to patients. She has a sense of humor, a rare commodity these days. She answers every question & keeps trying when something doesn’t work. Edit: 12/24: Dr. Grover is moving on. I wish her nothing but success and clear horizons. She has certainly earned it. I am panicking because no provider is willing to take me on.
Dr. Grover is kind, knowledgeable and goes further to help. I appreciate her alot and thank her for all she does. Very attentive and listens to unassisted issues. She is Great. Currently I cannot contact the office. No return calls. Worried about my prescriptions. I hope Dr. Grover is OK. I really appreciate a call back.
